The MHNV-AS15 Handheld Anti-Surveillance Optical Detector is a portable optical reconnaissance device designed to

identify hidden cameras, telephoto lenses, and optical sights in outdoor security, perimeter patrol, and law

enforcement scenarios.

By emitting a controlled near-infrared beam and analyzing the "cat-eye" retro-reflection returned from optical glass

surfaces, the device pinpoints concealed observation equipment that is invisible to the naked eye. Combined with a 1500m eye-safe laser rangefinder, sub-0.5° angle measurement, and target positioning, the operator can immediately locate,

range, and report the suspect target.

The device features a dual-OLED binocular display, variable magnification visible-light + near-IR observation, and

supports video / image capture and playback. It runs on a single 18650 Li-ion battery with >4 h standby and >1 h

continuous laser detection, fitting easily in a tactical vest or shoulder bag.
